Kathryn is a passionate naturopath with a special interest in using food and lifestyle as medicine. Her personal experiences with both chronic and acute health conditions have deepened her understanding of the emotional layers of healing and the importance of lasting change.
Expanding her focus to broader health promotion, she explores the deeper drivers behind our health behaviours. Kathryn is deeply committed to empowering others to thrive, believing that healthy habits not only transform individuals but also contribute to healthier communities. With grounded knowledge, a love for delicious, nourishing food, and a foundation of joy, compassion, and integrity, she helps others create meaningful, sustainable change.

Daniel is devoted to a spiritual path rooted in yogic philosophy and practice. Transformed by his own journey, he is passionate about sharing the insights and tools that have brought clarity and growth into his life.
Daniel weaves together his deep understanding of yoga with a mindful approach to sustainable living, encouraging others to thrive in harmony with themselves and the earth.
